Site Policy

This policy explains the basic conditions for viewing, quoting, linking to, and using F-Factory Research content. A condition displayed on an individual page, external dataset, image, or software package takes precedence for that item.

POLICY11 SECTIONS

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Operator and Scope

F-Factory Co., Ltd. operates this site. The policy applies to F-Factory Research on f-factory.co.jp. The terms of their respective operators apply to fortune-factory.net and external publishers, data providers, conferences, and other destinations. A specific estimate and agreement govern commissioned research-support services.

Reading and Research Use

Public pages are intended for ordinary browser access, research and educational reference, appropriate quotation, and linking. Users should check accuracy and suitability for their purpose against primary sources, data versions, intervals, and processing conditions. Material associated with earthquakes, eruptions, or space weather is neither a forecast nor a warning.

Copyright and Rights

Unless stated otherwise, text, figures, photographs, design, and code created by us are owned by F-Factory Co., Ltd. or the relevant rights holder. Quotation, reproduction, modification, and redistribution must follow applicable law, a displayed license, and source conditions. An external paper, dataset, logo, or image is not freely reusable simply because it appears on this site.

Quotation and Links

A quotation should distinguish quoted material from original writing, use only what is necessary, and identify the page, site, URL, and access date. For a paper, prefer its DOI and publisher record; for data, follow the provider's citation instruction.

Ordinary links to this site require no prior notice. They must not falsely imply partnership, endorsement, or supervision.

Prohibited Use

Do not use the site for unlawful conduct, rights infringement, impersonation, authentication bypass, excessive automated requests, exploitation of a vulnerability, malware distribution, service interference, acquisition of non-public information, or false attribution.

Automated retrieval should respect what is public, request frequency, robots.txt, server load, and provider conditions.

Research Data and Software

Referenced research data and software may require an account, application, citation, license, redistribution restriction, or export-control review. A procedure shown here does not replace those requirements or the provider's quality information. Record the product, version, and acquisition date used in research.

Submitted Information

The research pages currently provide no public comment function. Use this site's contact form for enquiries, and review this site's Privacy Policy for how your details are handled. Confirm that you have the right to send the content, and do not include credentials, unnecessary personal information, or research material without permission in an initial submission.

Availability and Changes

Maintenance, faults, security response, and external-service changes can cause a page, URL, or function to change or stop without notice. When citing an output, also check a persistent primary source such as a DOI or institutional repository. Material URL changes receive notice or redirects where practical.

Response to Misuse

Where misuse, infringement, excessive load, or a security risk is identified, we may restrict access, remove content, or contact the relevant provider as needed. The response is assessed against impact, evidence, applicable law, and any agreement.

Revisions and Contact

This policy is reviewed when site architecture, functions, law, or external services change. For a question about rights, quotation, links, or misuse, use the Contact page and provide the URL and supporting information.
