Information We Receive
This site's contact form lets you enter and review your name, email address, enquiry topic, message, agreement to the Privacy Policy, and optional organization or affiliation. Before submission, details are held in memory while the page is open and are not saved in cookies, localStorage, or other persistent browser storage.
When you send an enquiry, the details are emailed to our designated recipient after consent is confirmed. Enquiry details are not stored in the receiving application's database, files, or logs. Notification emails contain the entered details.
To limit misuse, the signing key, submission-token usage records, and rate-limit information based on an IP-derived hashed identifier are kept in dedicated files outside the public web directory. Tokens and rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes; expired records are removed during enquiry processing. In addition to received emails, entered details may be retained in the server's mail queue or provider logs. Hosting infrastructure may also record IP addresses, dates and times, requested URLs, and user environments in access logs for site delivery, maintenance, and prevention of misuse.
Purposes of Use
Information is used to respond to an enquiry, clarify requirements, prepare or perform a contract, coordinate collaboration or technical discussion, improve services and the site, address faults, misuse, and security events, and maintain records required by applicable law.
