Consistent Publication Records
We define common fields and input rules for authors, year, journal, volume, DOI, URL, and output type. Citation style is selected for the discipline and intended use, while duplicates and variations in names or wording are reviewed. The structure lets future records follow the same format.
What We Produce
- A data format defining bibliographic fields, identifiers, categories, and publication status
- Migration data with duplicates and inconsistent wording addressed
- List and detail pages organized by year, output type, author, or research theme
- Input rules, update instructions, review results, and data-export guidance
Search and filtering are agreed around the number of records and how readers need to find them. Links to researcher profiles and research-area pages are also organized.
Working from Existing Data
We use the current lists to agree the fields and categories, then organize the records and display. Guidance covers additions, corrections, and link maintenance after delivery.
What to Share When You Contact Us
- Current publication lists and an explanation of each source file
- Verification sources such as DOI, ISBN, conference pages, or repositories
- Rules and reviewers for author names, categories, and publication permission
- Required search options, export formats, and links to existing systems
Bibliographic Review and Scope
Information without a verification source is marked for review rather than filled in by guesswork. Ongoing citation metrics, paid APIs, institutional-system integration, and extensive manual reconciliation are scoped separately after assessing the need and workload. Your reviewer confirms rights and permission to publish any linked material.
